Rachel and Patrick planned a wedding. A small backyard by-the-water ceremony. I was their chosen photographer. On the day, everything was perfect.....except the weather. Rain was forecast but not til after the ceremony. We all held our breath.
Ceremony time, and the bride was beautiful, and the groom was handsome. Rachel made her grand entrance to the ceremony site, and she was beaming. The ceremony started, and a minute later, I felt the first drop.
"It will pass, it will pass," I thought to myself. It's only just a drop. The ceremony continued for another minute....
...and so did the rain, a little bit faster now.
This is THE instant Rachel decided, "Nope!" and ran for the porch!
And we enjoyed a lovely covered porch wedding.
